Press Pause With Dawn’s Gift Guide

The Holidays are officially here! At Press Pause, we know it can be overwhelming and easy to get lost in the chaos. So, we asked our founder, Dawn, how she stays present during the holiday season.

1. 
   Our family assembles gifts for the homeless that we distribute. This includes a bag of soup, toothbrush, warm socks, gloves, and anything else we see fitting. It’s so very important for me to instill in my children to give back as we are so very blessed with the lives we have.

2. 
   On Christmas morning, after Santa Claus comes, we spend the entire morning in our PJs. This is our time as a family to snuggle in with nothing planned for the day! Truly a chance to enjoy one another.

3. 
   We also love doing a couples’ dinner with our dearest friends and a couple of girls’ nights too! It’s important for us to celebrate the gift of friendship and what better way to do that than by getting together with people who fill your life with so much joy.

4. 
   For each child, we plan a special night with a couple of other Moms and their friends to do something to get in the spirit! This has become a fun tradition for all, Moms included 🙂
